Where in the World is the Capital District NPHC?

Historic Black Greek Letter Organizations (BGLOs) have a rich history of service and community advocacy, but in recent times have been criticized for our lack of presence in the community. Moreover, our voice and our message is being drowned out by waves of ignorance.
With fluctuating membership and dwindling resources, does the traditional National Pan Hellenic Council organization still have a voice and influence in the Capital District? The NPHC has not had an official meeting in over a year and has yet to organize itself. Is the Capital District NPHC ready to fold?
